Research On The Planning Strategy Of Leisure Agriculture Characteristic Towns In South Of Jiangsu

With the development of China's leisure agriculture industry,the policy guidance of governments at all levels to encourage the development of leisure agriculture is becoming more and more clear.In recent years,because of its advantageous location,economy,resources and conditions,the development of the new type of urbanization,urban and rural integration of Southern Jiangsu Region,leisure agriculture present rapid expansion and characteristic development trend.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and application value to study the development of small towns with the characteristics of leisure agriculture in Southern Jiangsu province.Based on that background,rural areas in southern Jiangsu with a high level of urbanization are selected as research objects.In-depth analysis on the concept,basic characteristics,as well as the planning ideas and main points of leisure agriculture characteristic town are presented.The paper synthesizes the relevant data on regional conditions,policy environment,advantages(such as resources and industry)of rural areas in southern Jiangsu,accordingly the conclusions on the suitability of construction of leisure agriculture characteristic towns in southern Jiangsu are drawn,and the main challenges on construction are summarized afterward.Secondly,it discusses the planning strategies for leisure agriculture characteristic towns of rural areas in southern Jiangsu: firstly,defining the development path,goals,and planning principles for leisure agriculture characteristic towns.Secondly,taking the industry,space,culture,and environment as the starting point,putting forward the industry development strategies of combining the development of Shanghai and Nanjing,innovating integrative development of agriculture and tourism,highlighting the brand of the land of fish and rice,strengthening the characteristics of rural agriculture,coordinating regional industry development,optimizing local leisure themes,exploring unique resources,and shaping the characteristics of leisure water towns;the space planning strategies of optimizing the layout of water town functions,cultivating the compound space for agriculture and tourism,protecting the spatial pattern for the water ecology network;the culture inheritance strategies of protecting the local culture,inheriting the architectural style of water town,and restoring rural pastoral flavor;the environment improvement strategies of constructing the livable beautiful villages,upgrading rural tourism facilities and optimizing the natural beauty of water town,it will provide theoretical and practical reference for the transformation and development of rural areas in South of Jiangsu.
