The Spatial Optimization Research On Mixed-use Oriented University Town Led By Campus Development

Since the strategy of promoting the country by science and education in nineteenth Century,the university cities all over the country have sprung up like bamboo shoots after the rain.Among them,the dominant University City in campus development is up to 75.24%.Therefore,the space development of the leading university city of the campus development has a certain reference for the study of the domestic university city.At present,the space planning and construction of the leading university city in the school district development is generally faced with a series of problems,such as the single function of land use,the lack of development vitality,the fragmentation of resource sharing,the lack of cultural connotation and so on.How to evaluate and analyze the spatial layout of University City in the new era is a realistic and theoretical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Functional mixing can not only effectively promote the allocation of land resources,stimulate the vitality of the city,but also facilitate the integration of social resources and improve the living environment.It is very important for the current and future construction of the university to develop a leading university city to achieve a healthy,orderly,balanced production and sustainable development as well as to meet the diversity of public needs.Righteousness.In view of this,this paper,based on the development status of the University City of campus development,deeply analyzes its development law,the characteristics of space development and the problems of the process of space development.Based on the functional mixed perspective,the development trend,the overall optimization idea and the spatial optimization strategy of the corresponding University City Development Leading Type University City are put forward.In order to improve the vitality of the region,solve the problem of city and the effective allocation of resources,the paper selects the Wenzhou University City,led by the school district development as an empirical case,to analyze the problems faced by the spatial development and the pertinent spatial optimization suggestions.Based on the present situation of the space development of the University City,this paper clarified the key factors of its layout and the elements affecting its space development.Based on the development purpose of the University City,the university city was divided into the leading university city of the campus development,the leading university city of resource sharing and the leading university city of industrial agglomeration.This paper further analyzes the development characteristics and difficulties of the university town space dominated by campus development as the main development mode at this stage.Secondly,based on the function mixing as the breakthrough point,based on the development trend of the University City,the overall optimization concept of function mixing,resource sharing and city catalyst is put forward,and the multi level university city function mixed system is constructed,the multi field university city regional industry mining,the multi pattern University city transportation system perfect,There are 6 aspects of spatial improvement strategies: multi location university town landscape optimization,multi-dimensional University City public resources sharing and multi-element University City cultural characteristics refining.Finally,the Wenzhou University City,which is selected as the dominant development model,is selected as a real case to illustrate its development background,construction characteristics and strategies.It points out that the current spatial development has problems of unbalance of land use,uneven industrial development,lack of ecological green space and so on.In order to provide references for the development of similar university town space in China,we should optimize its space in terms of nurturing and improving ecology.
