Since the new century,with advanced technology and theories of management widely applied in the manufacturing industry,the scale and capacity of production of manufacturing enterprises in the world have also been further improved,but with the expansion of the production scale,difficulty of manufacturing management is also increasing,It is a difficult problem to further improve the capacity and reduce the cost in the case of the existing enterprise scale.At present,China is in an important stage of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,More attention should be paid to the reform of intelligent manufacturing upgrading,in order to win the development opportunities in the comprehensive national strength in economic and technology strength based on a new round of the contest.Although hydraulic industry is still in the weak link in the international scope,with the further expansion of the demand for hydraulic products and the increasing importance of the country to the field of agricultural machinery and equipment,hydraulic industry has great potential for development.It is of great significance to promote the application of information management system in the hydraulic industry to improve the overall strength of the domestic manufacturing industry.First,when the related theories of the digital workshop,ERP,MES and PDM system is elaborated,the information integration and interaction between the workshop resource management information system and the ERP,MES and PDM systems is analyzed on the basis of the overall architecture of the digital workshop.Secondly,a multi-objective equipment resource optimization model based on digital workshop is proposed to solve the scheduling problem of plant production equipment.Thirdly,in the analysis of the characteristics of the hydraulic components production workshop in the industry,the problems that need to be improved in the industry are put forward.Through the demand analysis of the system,the product process,the actual situation of production management and the characteristics of the production resources of the workshop are discussed,the improvement scheme of the management mode of materials,equipment,tooling,process documents and employees and other resources is proposed,and the functional requirements of the system are provided.Finally,In the design and implementation phase of the system,the functional modules of material management,equipment management,tooling management,process document management and staff management are put forward,and the corresponding database model are also established.Combined with the above research results,based on the existing ERP system of the enterprise,using C/S as the network structure mode,and SQL Server 2012 database,based on the.NET platform,the resource management information system is designed and developed in the manufacturing digital workshop of advanced hydraulic products on the Windows operating system.The system running test show that the system has a good result,that basic functions have been realized,the desired effect is achieved,the digital workshop level information interoperability is realize,the production process of digital workshop information,flexible,lean and intelligent degree is improved,the production efficiency is also improve.
