Hydraulic balance and pressure balance were the key issues for regional heating system,architectural water and wastewater system,HVAC system and so on,which play a vital role on the stability of the system.And the performance of dynamic flow balance valve directly affect the stability and energy saving of the System hydraulic balance.Due to domestic high-end market of balance valve is basically controlled by foreign manufacturers,and there were some problems in existing domestic products,such as flow accuracy was not compliance and spool vibration seriously.This paper based on the small caliber products of dynamic flow balance valve which was associated research and development by our university and zhejiang Dunan valve Co.,Ltd.as the research object,aiming at the questions of flow accuracy can not meet the requirement of the standard and spool vibration in the process of research and development,the following research work was carried out:(1)The working principle of dynamic flow balance valve was analyzed,the variable opening profile Line's mathematical model of dynamic balance valve spool was built,the average flow force correction method and the differential pressure compensation coefficient factor correction method were proposed to optimize the existing profile Line formula,and the variable opening profile Line's theoretical calculation formula which was revised was obtained.(2)The three-dimensional flow channel model of the typical parameters dynamic flow balance valve was built,based on the dynamic model of valve spool movement,the CEL language was compiling to monitoring stress information of different valve spool end.The flow control precision and accuracy errors of dynamic flow balance valve which was revised was Studied by the numerical simulation using ANSYS CFX software,and the change laws of flow force and the surface average pressure acted on the valve spool end and side in the valve working process were investigated.(3)The prototype product of balance valve before and after the optimization was tested research by using the transformed experimental conditions.At the same time combined with the results of numerical simulation,the change laws of the flow control precision and the flow error between the test value and the simulated value was analyzed,The balance valve flow precision' effects of key factors such as springstiffness,spool shell structure and surface roughness of valve core component were researched.(4)The spool vibration mechanics mode was built,the influence of vibration suppression of balance valve spool through four kinds of optimization and improvement schemes was studied by using the fluid-solid coupling modal analysis method,and the improvement measures of improving the stability of dynamic flow balance valve were analyzed.Through the optimization research and analysis of above all,the flow control accuracy of the small caliber products of balance valve had exceeded the requirements of the industry standard,vibration phenomenon had been significantly reduced,and the stability of the valve core was gradually improved.The researches of this paper had some significant guidance to the optimization design of the variable opening profile Line of dynamic flow balance valve spool,the application of the optimization method,the improvement of valve structure and the valve stability performance.
