In 2006,the international shipping market ushered in a period of vigorous development,Japan and South Korea,with a solid foundation of the shipbuilding industry in developed countries ushered in the further development of spring.Chinese shipbuilding industry has got a favorable development opportunity,however,the gap between the developed countries and developing countries is expanding.In recent years.Chinese shipyards have imported the Japanese and South Korean experts,using advanced world management systems,grafting Japanese and South Korea shipbuilding mode,which enters the shipbuilding market with high starting point and achieves the transformation of enterprise product structure.Especially after 2015,some Chinese shipyards fused foreign advanced shipbuilding mode and local reality,and further rationalized the shipbuilding business management process,which leads yards to lean shipbuilding from being able to shipbuilding and has achieved some success and accumulates some experience.The shipbuilding industry in China has entered a new important milestone.Although Chinese shipbuilding industry has made some achievements,but it should be clear that shipbuilding management levels between different shipping enterprises are uneven,which is unsatisfactory in the operation,design,material procurement and production process.Through investigation and analysis,the best method to minimize the gap of shipbuilding level between our country and Japan,South Korea and other developed countries is to compare domestic and foreign advanced shipbuilding enterprises by means of combing management processes,clearing various stages of the mission and making plans objectively,earnestly improving and enhancing.By developing related management system and norm,it will promote the management level of domestic shipbuilding to make great progress and realize gradually to advanced lean management.Some domestic shipbuilding enterprises have expanded from a single ship manufacturing business to offshore marine engineering construction business.But because the global economic situation is getting worse and worse and long-term international oil price is in slump all the time,the competition of shipbuilding and marine engineering construction market become more and more competitive,and the profit levels continue to decline or even loss,Chinese shipbuilding enterprises are facing an unprecedented and severe test.How to get out of difficulties is an issue that we must study and consider on facing the severe situation.If we want to reverse this difficult situation,as shipbuilding enterprise,we must further solidify the business management process,further promote the shipbuilding 'modeling' work,further optimize the production structure and continuously improve production process and process flow,refine the plan of project construction,strengthen the class group management,project management and time management,improve production efficiency and reduce the construction cost,so the ship enterprise can survive in the fierce competition in the market.This thesis takes the production management of A shipbuilding enterprise as the researched object,and on the basis of summarizing the researched status of production management home and abroad,firstly the related theories involved in this study are outlined.Secondly,the status and problems of production management of A shipbuilding enterprise are analyzed.The first part is a brief introduction to the development process of the company.The second part is to clarify the current situation of production management and the competitive factors faced by the company.The last part summarizes the problems and causes of production management.Thirdly,the improvement strategy of production management in A shipbuilding enterprise is analyzed by using lean production management theory,ect.The corresponding improvement strategies are put forward in the aspects of design,construction plan and production plan.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the production management strategy of A shipbuilding enterprise and the desired result.This thesis is targeted to improve the existed production management issues in A shipbuilding enterprise,pertinently combine the lean production management with the actual shipbuilding aspects,improve underdeveloped areas of the enterprise,the main target is to lay a certain theoretical foundation for the shipbuilding enterprise to win the core competitiveness.
