The AUV platform is an autonomous underwater unmanned aerial vehicle(AUV)platform capable of navigating at large depths with tactical maneuverability and extensible functional loads.It has a multi-purpose platform function and can be formed by changing functional modules or adding functional cabin sections.And can be used for underwater observation,reconnaissance,networking and other mission requirements.Deep shaft drive device is the AUV platform,the overall design of the key and difficult.In this paper,a tail shaft drive and sealing system for large depth AUV platform is designed.The main work of this paper is as follows:Depth description of the AUV platform,mainly describes its system components,carrier functions and working principle,and then leads to the tail shaft transmission and sealing system of technical requirements.As a design input,the overall design scheme of the tail shaft transmission and sealing system is put forward.A tail shaft transmission system was designed.Drive shaft system uses "hollow shaft + double shaft to rotate" way,will promote the motor output torque and speed to the AUV platform tail turn of the propeller.Two kinds of tail shaft dynamic sealing device are designed,namely,decompression compensation type seal and mechanical seal type.Aiming at the problems encountered in the technical requirements and the problems encountered in the engineering prototype test,the overall scheme of the tolerance study of the tail shaft drive system and the overall scheme of the sealing system are analyzed.In order to solve the problem of the shaft running noise,the bearing wear card Death problem,the original tolerance design analysis and optimization,to identify the root cause of the problem and optimize the size of the relevant parts of the deviation limit;to solve the problem of short life of the lip seal,the use of decompression compensation device to improve the structural design,reduce the single seal The working pressure is used to solve the problem that the mechanical power of the mechanical seal is too large.By using the surface optimization technology,the friction power is reduced by the anti-friction effect of the micro-concave array of the friction surface.For the tail shaft transmission and sealing system,including the vacuum-compensated dynamic seal and mechanical seal sealed two programs,to conduct a verification test.In the given water pressure and speed conditions,the tail shaft transmission system can work normally,the tail shaft seal system can be sealed reliably,the surface texture measures are effective in reducing the friction power consumption.The working life of the seals to conduct a thorough investigation for the tail shaft transmission and sealing system to provide the basis for optimization of the experimental basis.
