With the trend of the globalization of the market,the networking of the information,and the increasingly individuation of the demands,which made the small-and-medium-sized enterprises change the traditional Make-to-Stock for few varieties to adapt Make-to-order for many varieties to realize the goal of low-cost and high-efficiency.According to the traits of varieties of technology types,the large range of customer demands and short delivery time,that make demand and the production process was unpredictable.Therefore,organization and management are very complex for many multi-product and small-batch enterprises.The existing mainstream production plan and control mechanism couldn't adapt to the gradually serious dynamic manufacturing environment,which already become the barrier of the further development of small-and-medium-sized enterprises.Since the Just In Time is mainly used to the plan of workshop level,Theory Of Constraints is focus on bottleneck scheduling,and then the lead time parameter of Manufacturing resource planning is a fixed value.Designing and development a new planning mechanism to adapt the dynamic environment is the key factor for enterprises to promote the benefit and gain competitive advantages.In view of the production plan of enterprises under the MTO production mode,researchers have put forward the production control method based on Work Load Control(WLC).By controlling the order ·input and output,the WIP inventory is maintained at a relatively stable level.In the implementation of lean rectification,the production system usually presents the main process flow,and there are obvious bottlenecks.Through the investigation and literature inquiry,this paper make a significant bottleneck in the general flow shop(General Flow,Shop,GFS)as the research object.The installation time saving and delivery to meet is set to the target.The load control method is bottleneck driven order release and scheduling rules of integration.The research on the integrated planning mechanism based on load control is supplemented.Using system simulation technology to study production planning mechanism and comparing the functions and characteristics of various software,the simulation software FlexSim is selected to be production system integration planning mechanism simulation platform.Taking the production practice of B valve group as an example,through the careful analysis of its production system,the production status of the valve group was modeled.The performance of the system under different order delivery methods and workshop scheduling combination scheme was studied.Through the analysis of simulation results,in order delivery and shop scheduling.consideration relate to sorting installation time(PST+SOBS)the average output time is less than only in the workshop scheduling layer considering the installation time saving(FCFS+SOBS).At the same time,the rate of delivery reached better than only in the shop.scheduling layer considering the installation time saving(FCFS+SOBS).
