Due to the special nature of radioactive waste,nuclear safety has been the key attention of people.It has been showed that UF6 gas phase positive pressure and liquid operation has certain risk by many years’ practice,so,avoid the occurrence of these two kinds of state is important.But,UF6 is just in liquid,high temperature and high pressure condition in the production of liquefied homogeneous in the uranium enrichment plant and could lead to leak.The consequences of the leak are unthinkable and are therefore recognized as the most dangerous part of the uranium enrichment process.Theory and method of liquefied homogeneous is described in the paper,mainly introduced the process of a uranium enrichment plant domestic liquefied homogeneous.Using the theory and method of safety system engineering,the dangerous and harmful factors existing in the system of liquefied homogeneous and homogeneous system were found in the factory,the liquefaction hazard identification,risk evaluation and risk control plan table was mapped.The fault source term of liquefaction homogeneous system was analyzed by using fault tree analysis method.An objective evaluation was made on the facilities and safety of the liquefaction homogenization system in the plant.The source term of the UF6 leakage accident,the basic cause of the accident,and the possibility and influence on the maximum credible leakage accident of the UF6 were analyzed and evaluated.The most important factor affecting the normal operation of the liquefaction homogenization system is the failure of the sampling system or the pressure-heating tank.Some practical measures and suggestions on the safety of liquefaction homogenization production are put forward from two aspects of technology and management,which provides a reference for the safety management of uranium enrichment liquefaction homogenization production. |
