| The performance of asphalt pavement is affected by the asphalt mixture segregation which is one of the key factors.The service life of the pavement and driving safety can be improved by an important prerequisite that ensure the homogeneous asphalt mixture.Early disease occurs frequently when the distribution of the mixture aggregate is heterogeneity.Therefore,it is extremely significant to detect the heterogeneity of asphalt mixture.In view of the current common detection methods for asphalt mixture segregation,which have the disadvantages of low efficiency,high cost,and large destructiveness,and there are no strict detection standards for asphalt mixture segregation in the current appraisal standards,Therefore,a method for detecting and quantitatively evaluating the homogeneity of asphalt mixture is proposed in this paper where MATLAB Software,theoretical analysis and on-site verification methods are exploited based on digital image processing technology.The image four-side static moment algorithm can be utilized to study the detection method and evaluation standard of the homogeneity of the asphalt mixture,based on digital image processing technology.First,the image processing process of asphalt mixture is further refined and improved.The aggregate particles are separated from the image.A watershed segmentation algorithm based on extended maximum transformation is proposed for the adhesion of aggregate particles.The on-site extraction and screening test verifies the accuracy of the image processing results.Then,based on the image four-side static moment algorithm,through indoor tests,the grading of different types of asphalt mixtures of fine aggregate segregation,coarse aggregate light segregation,coarse aggregate moderate segregation and coarse aggregate heavy segregation were simulated,and the corresponding grades were obtained.With the sieve residue ratio and the void ratio,using the correlation between the aggregate particle size and the void ratio,a calculation method of the weighted four-side static moment dispersion coefficient Cv is proposed,and this index is used to quantitatively evaluate the uniformity of the paving asphalt mixture.At the same time,the dispersion coefficient Cv of the images collected on the spot is calculated,and the result of the calculation is compared with the result of the observation method to determine the uniformity evaluation result.Finally,the correlation analysis is carried out between the segregation evaluation standard of asphalt mixture based on the porosity evaluation and the static moment dispersion coefficient Cv segregation evaluation standard,and the evaluation standard of asphalt mixture segregation is called Cvk.Evaluation criteria for homogeneity based on the depth of surface texture is obtained at the same time.The correlation analysis is carried out with the four-side static moment dispersion coefficient Cv,and the evaluation standard of asphalt mixture segregation is proposed,which is called Cvg.The two evaluation indicators are compared and analyzed.And finally,the boundary of the evaluation standard for the homogeneity of the asphalt mixture is given.It is high accurate that digital image processing technology is applied to process the image of the asphalt mixture,and can more accurately restore the aggregate particles in the image of the paving asphalt mixture;In the distribution state,the dispersion coefficient Cv of the four-side static moment algorithm of aggregate particles can better reflect the uniformity of different types of paving asphalt mixtures of AC-13,AC-20 and AC-25;it can realize the paving of asphalt mixtures.Fast,efficient and reliable detection of uniformity.The evaluation criteria for the homogeneity of asphalt mixtures is proposed in this paper.And the uniformity inspection of asphalt mixtures can be realized based on digital image processing technology,which can provide important technical support for realizing the timely detection. |
