The partial discharge(PD)of the conformal ultrasonic array detection method is that the conformal array sensors and array signal processing technology used in partial discharge and a new method of ultrasonic detection.At present,the theory and algorithm based on linear array and planar array are mature,but the research on conformal array is very little.Based on the formation of conformal array manifolds,the paper studies the analysis of conformal array pattern and DOA estimation algorithm.Based on the EULERMUSIC algorithm and conformally sparse array,the spatial and directional localization of single and double sources was studied.The main work is as follows:First of all,put forward a kind of Euler rotation direction finding algorithm based on MUSIC(EULER-MUSIC algorithm),In order to solve the polarization problem of the array element pattern,the unit polarization pattern of the conformal array of any threedimensional geometric carrier realizes the space rotation transformation from the global coordinate system to the local coordinate system,Established the PD signal and conformal array sensor simulation model,The influence of different parameters on the accuracy of the algorithm is investigated.The simulation results show that the EULER-MUSIC algorithm has better direction finding performance under different key parameters,which can effectively solve the problem of polarization of the conformal array pattern,which laid the foundation for the subsequent positioning accuracy based on the three-array positioning method.Then,The EULER-MUSIC algorithm is used to study the directional collocation of 3 × 3(9 yuan)square conformal arrays with different sparsity.Simulation Research on Spatial Direction finding of single or double PD source based on improved Three-platform Positioning principle.The simulation results show that the conformal sparse array sensor based on EULER-MUSIC algorithm has better direction finding precision for single and double local radioactive sources.Finally,the experimental platform of the conformal array sensor detection is perfected,and the experimental verification is carried out.The conformal array sensor array element and assembly are designed and developed.The experimental ultrasonic array signals are processed based on EULER-MUSIC algorithm.The experimental results verify that the conformal sparse array sensor based on EULER-MUSIC algorithm can accurately estimate the direction of arrival for single source and double PD sources,and the location error is within the scope of engineering requirements.The feasibility of conformal array sensor is verified,which provides an important theoretical basis for the maintenance of electrical equipment with arbitrary geometry in practical engineering.
