The detector,as a key instrument for nuclear measurement,is one of the marks of the progress of nuclear technology.The current development trend of the detector is being more intelligent.Compared with the traditional radiation detection instrument,integrational detector has obvious advantages than the traditional detector in these aspects,such as low temperature drift,strong anti-jamming capability,communication transmission,numerical calculation,improve the mobile measuring usability,system integration.Due to the varieties of current equipment manufacturers their software usually are lack of main performance,such as the current control software on PC can be used by only one equipment,the portability of the software is poor;The function is also limited by hardware and development platform,such as multithreading,network communication,dynamic chart display,etc.Communication driver needs to be developed.This project design an upper computer software of integrated detector,which based on the King View software platform to solve the problems of solidification,non-integration,secondary development and other defects in the current nuclear measurement system.The software can be applied to the integrated plastic scintillator detector,and it can also be applied to the nuclear measurement and control system based on PLC secondary instrument.In order to solve the problems that the nuclear material position monitor software can't establish the communication between King View and integrational detector,by studying the communication mechanism of King View and how to call API to implementation,the driver which based on COM component technology coupling has been developed in the VC++ environment.On the other hand,in order to solved the problem that we calculate the nuclear material level meter may bring some error when we put coefficient manually into the software,we established connection,based on OPC communication technology,between MATLAB and King View to realize the mathematical calculation and real-time data transmission.By using the ideas of loose coupling the modular structure developed by configuration software,we finally complete the main function,which incorporate data acquisition,parameter setting,save and print history query,statements,trend curve,alarm and other multi-function module of software in King View application.The modulesn of this software are independent of each other,but also linked together through a database,so that the software is openness,compatibility,functional expansibility,convenient and secondary development and maintenance,etc.
