| Economy and reliability are contradictory indicators and important indicators in power system.It is an important part of grid planning that how to coordinate the reliability and economy of power system.According to the reliability statistics of the power grid company,80% of subscribers are out of power due to faults in the distribution network,so the distribution network is the primary factor affecting the reliability of the users’ power supply.According to the《The Guide of Planing and Design of Distribution Network》,on the basis of the power supply division of Shijiazhuang,the current status of Shijiazhuang distribution network is analyzed from the aspects of grid structure,equipment level and distribution automation.Summarized the main factors affecting the reliability of power distribution network distribution in Shijiazhuang.On this basis,select a typical area,use the distribution network planning calculation and analysis software to establish a calculation model,and calculate theoretical reliability of the power supply reliability in the typical area.According to the main factors affecting the reliability of power supply in Shijiazhuang,an optimization plan was formulated and modeled and calculated for each typical area.Based on the concept of full life cycle,the annual fee calculation model is used to calculate the annual cost of each option.This model comprehensively considers the initial investment,annual operating costs,direct losses of power supply companies,and indirect social losses,and evaluates the absolute costs of each program implementation from the perspective of the whole society.According to the annual cost and the reliability index before and after the implementation of the optimized plan,the marginal cost of the reliability of each plan is calculated.Finally,by comparing the marginal cost of each program,the Shijiazhuang power supply divisions are given investment strategy recommendations. |
