In recent years,with the rapid social and economic development,people's living standards are also constantly improving.However,the continuous improvement of living standards has brought about an increasingly serious cardiovascular disease.At the same time,more and more people are slowly becoming more aware of their own health.Cardiac arrhythmias in cardiovascular disease are the basic symptoms of all diseases,but also the root cause of most fatal heart disease.Therefore,the rapid,accurate and effective detection of arrhythmia diseases is of great significance for the prevention of the corresponding cardiovascular diseases.The system uses a portable monitoring terminal to collect physiological information and transmit it to the smart phone through Bluetooth.The smart phone transmits the data to the server through the network for the unified information management of medical staff,automatic diagnosis and analysis and real-time monitoring.The purpose of this paper is to build a server that can receive ECG data sent from mobile devices and to implement a QRS detection algorithm with high efficiency,efficient feature extraction and accurate disease diagnosis.The server can achieve data storage,drawing ECG waveform based on user data in real time and viewing historical waveform conveniently and other functions.This article starts with development tools Visual Studio 2013 and programming language C#,introduces the overall functional framework and components of the server program in detail,elaborates the thought and process of server development from the technical means and programming tools.Finally,the retrieval of the ECG data and the drawing of corresponding waveform in real time on PC programs are realized successfully,along with getting the diagnostic reports based on the ECG diagnosis algorithm.The ECG self-diagnosis algorithm is based on the existing adaptive differential threshold method and double threshold method while improvements were made with combination of the advantages of the two.It can detect and examine R wave,calculate the corresponding RR interval and QRS complex width,and compared with the general characteristics of clinical arrhythmias to get ECG self-diagnosis results.Validated by the MIT-BIH database of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,the detection rate of R wave and QRS complex is as high as 99.5%,and can determine the related arrhythmia diseases.
