Medical fiber endoscopes occupy a key position in the current medical device market.Doctors can not only observe and diagnose human organs and tissues through fiberscopes,but also work with lasers to perform surgery on lesions.At the same time,CCD camera units can be connected to the eyepieces of fiberscopes to output images.Display and storage.At present,the demand for fiberscopes with a large field of view and high definition is increasing in the market,but few domestic products meet the requirements.In order to develop a fiberoptic pyelonescope with a large field of view and high resolution,this article focuses on the imaging system,light guide system,and mechanical structure of the endoscope.Research and design have been carried out,including: snake bone,metal tip,Optical fiber image beam,objective lens,eyepiece,light guide system and other structural parameters.The main research work includes:(1)Based on the actual needs,using SolidWorks mapping software to determine the structure and size of the snake bone,metal head,and carry out the post-processing;(2)the objective lens uses a "negative-positive" type like Fangyuan structure The diaphragm is placed inside the system to ensure a good image quality.After optimized by Zemax,the image surface of the optical system has uniform illumination,and has a large field of view,a small volume and weight;(3)the eyepiece part is used It is a telecentric telecentric system of the Evel structure,which ensures a large angle of view,uniform image illumination,small aberration,and high energy concentration;(4)Simultaneous use of TracePro optical simulation software for RGB-LED mixing The light source system was simulated to obtain the ideal white light source and chromaticity coordinates,which verified the feasibility of the RGB-LED solution.The fiber renal pelvis endoscope designed in this paper has the advantages of simple structure,good flexibility,light weight,easy realization of longer optical path,and the ability to transmit images under bending,since it uses optical fiber image beams for image transmission.The application in the medical field can also be widely used in military,power,non-destructive testing,chemistry and other fields.
