The Research Of New Industry Endoscope

In this paper,the optical fiber characteristics is studied,and fiber-optic endoscope system of industrial structure is designed to determine the fiber-optic image bundles,the objective lens,the eyepiece,as to the parameters of the system components.One objective of the use of "negative—positive" type of structure,the aperture in the system,has a good image quality.The optical system can guarantee that as the face of illumination uniformity, with a large field of view,the relatively small size and weight.Fiber-optic endoscope as industrial fiber-optic image bundles used to transmit images, it has a simple structure,good flexible,light weight and easy to achieve a long path that can bend in the state of image transmission,etc.Advantages for the inspection of the internal situation can be widely used in military,defense and non-destructive testing,machinery manufacturing and other fields.Qualification of industrial endoscopic system:outer diameter:Φ6 mm,the length of the work:1000 mm,working distance:10～60mm,ambient temperature:-20～50℃, field of view:2ω=60^?,resolution:10 lp/mm...
