The issue of global climate change has increasingly aroused people’s reflection on the use of fossil fuels.Electric vehicle is the latest development of the transportation industry,is an important area of alternative energy,clean alternative.The development of electric vehicles has become the consensus of all countries in the world.Electric vehicle charging infrastructure is the basis of industrial development.The state attaches great importance to charging infrastructure construction work,Baoding,as an accelerated development zone as confirmed by the state,and the new situation requirements brought about by the establishment of the Xiong’an New Zone,must inevitably study in depth and actively promote the construction of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.This article focuses on Baoding electric car charging infrastructure planning research.First of all,this paper introduces the related theory and method of electric vehicle charging infrastructure,the development of electric vehicle charging facilities in China and the world,the layout of the layout of the research related to the theory of combing.Second,Research on forecasting problems.Mainly using linear regression and BASS model of electric vehicles in Baoding 2017-2020 to predict the number of electric vehicles,and predict the total demand for the charging pile.Third,determine the development goals and construction principles of Baoding charging infrastructure construction.According to the principle of maximizing the social benefits of considering carbon benefits,a charging site location model for Baoding is constructed.Analysis of its characteristics.Planning to demonstrate the first project.Fourth,to explore the commercial operation mode of accelerating the development of electric vehicle industry and promoting the long-term operation of charging infrastructure.
