With the development of automobile electronic technology,the intelligent requirements of automobiles are getting higher and higher,and the intelligent upgrading puts high demands on the interaction of human-machine interface of automobiles.At present,the virtual instrument gradually replaces the traditional combination instrument as the main human-machine interface,which is an important branch of the intelligent development of automobiles.This topic selects the all-LCD virtual instrument design scheme based on dual MCU architecture.Use RH850 equipped with OSEK OS and i.MX51 equipped with embedded Linux OS,the graphical user interface was developed by Qt,the vehicle data was transmitted via CAN bus.The system is divided into main MCU system,auxiliary MCU system and LCD system.Main MCU system is mainly responsible for image display,video communication processing.Auxiliary MCU system to complete the main power management,CAN communication,analog signal processing,digital signal processing,speaker driver and other functions.This solution solves the problem of the minimum startup time that single-chip LCD instrument operating system is currently difficult to meet.This solution extends the traditional combination instrument technology and opens up the function of full-liquid crystal virtual instrument,realizing the platform development of the combination instrument.The main research task of this topic is the hardware platform design and system development platform of the automobile virtual instrument system.First of all,achieve a virtual instrument hardware platform.Followed by the operating system selection and software structure design,the use of Qt to complete the development of graphical user interface,and test the instrument.Finally,the instrument driving evaluation system and fuel control strategy are research and designed.The experimental results show that the car virtual instrument display rich in content,beautiful interface,strong reliability and good scalability,is the future of the mainstream automotive instrumentation.
