POCT (point of care testing),with its convenient,fast,efficient,and low cost advantages,it is getting more and more important in market,and more and more popular in clinical application,Scanning fluorescence instrument running embed ded Linux system,and use S3c2440as its core processor.it has Optical transceiv er module,High precision scanning&control module,and automatic testing modul e.it use TRFIA as Biological detection method.it can accurately detect fluoresce nce About some Specific antibody,and become a very important tool in clinical diagnosis.Scanning fluorescence instrument set up hardware,optical,software platform. hardware circuit design includes Power circuit,AD transform circuit,motor drive circuit,etc,optical platform including optical launch module and optical receive module.system software platform includes Uboot transplantation,embedded Linux driver design,application software design,and so on. Scanning fluorescence instr ument put fluorescent particle on cassette,and use optical module to launch and receive optical signal.at last,we use TRFIA to realize precise detection.and det ermined "AT/AC-concentration" module,And use this module to judge other co ncentration.The innovation of this paper is that we use TRFIA as Detection technolog y、scanning mode changed from point scanning to line scanning、Designed a more sensitive optical module, AD converter module, and programmed a more efficient "peak detection algorithm".Scanning fluorescence instrument is sensitivity, stability, and high efficiency, it can fully meet based medical research、clinical treatment and the market de mand.
