| Transmission lines,as the key equipment in power transmission,have a wide coverage and have many accidents that will threat the safe operation of power system because of the environment and external forces.Especially when the transmission lines and towers are located where natural environment is more severe,the manual inspection has been unable to meet the actual needs.So the construction of transmission line condition monitoring system is an effective means of achieving the online monitoring and management of the transmission line.The main work of this paper is to design the transmission line condition monitoring system and research the practical application of the system.First of all,this paper analyzes the functions and technical requirements of the transmission line condition monitoring system,and proposes a program of transmission line condition monitoring system based on wireless Mesh technology.The program can also meet the need of monitoring power line status and environmental.Then,the pape r completes the design of transmission line status monitoring system and client software programming,and plans the multi-hop transmission link of Mesh network.In addition,in order to cope with the overcast and rainy weather conditions in the mountainous areas in the South China,the GSM module is used to realize the remote control to the equipment using the solar power.At the same time,completing the installation,configuration and debugging of the Mesh equipment and client software and the system works well.Finally,the paper researches a method of calculating line sag using binocular vision image processing technology.The method is used to measure the sag of analogue transmission lines in the laboratory environment,and the error between the calculated result and the actual value is analyzed.The research of the algorithm about calculating line sag provides a reference for utilizing the video monitoring data to warn the transmission line status in the future. |
