In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the process of urbanization has continued to advance.An increasing number of people are pouring into the city,and the importance of high-rise residential buildings has become increasingly prominent.Modern apartments are versatile and the electrical design has a very important influence on the safety,stability and functional diversity of the whole building.This thesis based on Wanxiang Xintian residential community as the research object,Discussing the design of high and low voltage power supply and distribution system,automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system,lightning protection and grounding system in detail.Strictly according to the national related design specification and local development planning requirements,to ensure the safety of people and the reliability of power supply.When designing the power supply and distribution system,we should determine the load level,electric capacity and the power condition firstly,combined with the economic development situation to make a reasonable design plan.Designing the line direction,substation location,transformer,high and low voltage equipment and wire type in a reasonable way.Not only to meet the needs of the current system,but also the long-term considerations.Secondly,aiming at the characteristics of dense population,evacuation difficulties and fire risk,an automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system was designed.Integrate electronic information technology and electrical technology to achieve intelligent control.In the event of fire,the system can be quickly achieved alarm,while intelligent to open the fire pump,the exhaust fan,emergency lighting and fire emergency broadcasting,and to force the elevator down to the first floor,close the fire shutter doors.Effectively control the fire,to reduce the loss of purpose.Finally,due to the complex structure of high-rise residential buildings and the wide variety of electronic products the lightning protection grounding systems was designed.Designed the internal and external lightning protection and installed the SPD to make it a more protective system.
