In 2013,the proposed strategy of "One Belt And One Road" of the country,gave more Chinese power enterprises a new direction of forward development.Under this background,Chinese electirc power enterprises responded the ?Go globally? strategy,aimed at overseas markets and made overseas work as a new development direction,which made overseas market of our country electric power enterprise more diversified.In addition,because of excess production capacity and the need of air pollution prevention,many power plants under construction have been suspended or suspended.In the case of seeking new development and new opportunities,the overseas markets becomes the opportunity for electric power enterprises,and more electric power enterprises preempt the overseas markets.As a result,the problem caused by Chinese enterprises building overseas projects becomes more and more clear.In this paper,I make the feasibility analysis of India's andhra pradesh 100 MW coal power plant project constructed by our company in recent years,with the selection of contracting mode as the breakthrough point,compared with several common contracting modes,combined with the engineering project of the specific circumstances,selecting the high risks and profits of design-procurement-construction of EPC general contracting mode for the contractor to take.For EPC general contracting mode the deficiencies of the contractor shall bear the risk,the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the subjective evaluation method respectively to the project overall situation and the possible risks in the operation of project construction has carried on the quantitative analysis,the objective of the risk assessment results,and risk prevention,reduction,clear train of thought,to prevent risks for the project to provide a complete and mature project construction plan,hope for the future of overseas electric construction provide reference and reference.
