| Steel corrosion is one of the main factors leading to the destruction of the existing concrete structures,at the present stage it needs to study the bending performance of corroded reinforced concrete structures.This paper mainly studies the degradation of the bond strength,relative slippage between the corroded steel and concrete;and the bending performance of local rusting with beams.Firstly,the constitutive relationships of concrete and steel,the mechanical properties of corroded steel and the performance of the bond-slip between the concrete and steel are discussed.Then consolidation finite element model and bond finite element model are established in corresponding units based on the above study.And the models are verified with the experiment data of beams without corrosion.The results show that the models are reasonable.Secondly,based on the bond model,the finite element models of reinforcement concrete simply supported beam with different corrosion rates are established by adjusting the stiffness of combination for analyzing the bending performance.And by modifying the coefficient of bond strength,the simulation results are conformed to the experiment data.The cave of bond reduction is established by adjusting the coefficient of bond strength.The rule of the bond performance between steel and reinforced concrete changing along with the corrosion rate is analyzed using the curve.Finally,the text studies the local corrosion such as corrosion position is in the middleć corrosion position at both ends and corrosion in the one side.It shows that the bearing performance of corrosion-beams is affected by the corrosion position.When the corrosion position is in the middle it makes no effect on the bearing performance.The bending performance of beam is decided by the bond strength of the two ends of the component.When both ends are corrosive the bearing performance of the beam will be reduced and the bearing performance becomes lower and lower and the relative slip increases with the corrosion rate increasing.In addition when the corrosion occurs on one side,the bearing performance of the beam will be largely reduced when the corrosion position occurs in the position where the bond strength is large in the beam. |
