The idea of "Greenway" comes from developed countries in Europe and America,and has been successfully applied to the planning and construction of famous cities such as the United States,Britain,France,Japan and Singapore.With the rapid development of the global urbanization process,a series of urban diseases,such as the deterioration of the urban ecological environment,the serious environmental pollution and the intensification of the greenhouse effect,have become the focus of people's common concern.How to minimize the negative effects while enjoying the good results of urbanization is the decision maker and management of urban planning.Participants and participants urgently need important topics to consider and study.As a linear green open space,"green road" is usually built along natural and artificial corridors such as riverside,valley,ridge,scenic road,and other natural and artificial corridors for pedestrians and riders,connecting the main parks,nature reserves,scenic spots,historic sites,urban and rural residential areas,and so on.We should better protect and utilize natural,historical and cultural resources,and provide more adequate recreation and communication space for urban and rural residents.Under the guidance of low-carbon and environment-friendly life philosophy,the planning and construction of Greenway has become a new trend of world urban construction.Shenyang City,driven by the upsurge of urban green road construction,has carried out large-scale planning and construction activities,and runs through the green road in the planning of the three canal water system in Shenyang City,creating the "healthy green road slow line system" in Shenyang.Under such a large-scale planning and construction background,we need urgent guidance from relevant theories and practice.At home and abroad,more in-depth theoretical studies have been carried out on two aspects of green channel and accessibility,and more mature practical experience has been accumulated.However,most of the green channel accessibility is studied by the behavior accessibility of the greenway.Accessibility consists of two aspects of behavior and psychology.Behavior is the key component of travel accessibility and behavior accessibility.This aspect pays more attention to the convenience of selecting and arriving space.But there is not much discussion on the psychological accessibility level,and the degree of agreement is an important basis for its performance.It is a region that can be accepted by the public,and there is a close relationship with the psychological expectations.The expectation can show the specific psychological accessibility of the public.Psychological accessibility is also an important aspect of accessibility.If the degree of agreement is low,the public's psychological acceptance is low,which will reduce the probability of choosing to go to the public and obstruct the arrival of the behavior.Therefore,on the basis of the existing theory and practice,this paper takes the construction of the green road of the Shenyang water system as a typical case.Through the analysis and study of the user's behavior and psychological accessibility,this paper puts forward the design goal of the urban green road green road space planning,and establishes the design elements of the urban green road space based on the target.Its influence factors;then combined with the experience of foreign outstanding cases and the analysis and study of the planning practice of the green road space in Shenyang,the design principles and Strategies of the green road in Shenyang water system are explored in the landscape planning and design.The purpose of this study is to objectively and comprehensively reflect the psychological and physiological satisfaction of people in the four aspects of traffic,green road landscape,service and safety,and urban green through the existing green road survey and computer aided analysis in Shenyang,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the theoretical and evaluation models.The comprehensive utilization efficiency of the channel system.Therefore,taking the establishment of the evaluation system of psychological accessibility as a key topic,the psychological expectation of the accessibility of the green road,and the accessibility of behavior as an auxiliary analysis,can be concluded,which can meet the two aspects of the psychological and behavioral accessibility,and hope to provide a certain reference value for the construction of the green road in Shenyang.To promote green road planning is more reasonable and more humane.In this study,the evaluation method of urban green road CVM is constructed,and the theoretical framework of accessibility is analyzed.It provides a lot of guidance for the construction of Shenyang Baili ring city water system Green Road in the future.It is also conducive to the extensive application of CVM evaluation method in urban greenway planning and construction in China,and has accumulated theoretical research results.At the same time,the quantitative evaluation method of the urban green road in the practical application value is applied to the urban green road construction and the urban green space planning and design,which provides a reference for the urban green construction,and provides a new idea for the urban green construction.Using quantitative and qualitative analysis,we get the following points:(1)the accessibility and traffic of the green road are good,only with the function of providing services to the public by green planting,but there are still regional roads that have not fully integrated into people's daily leisure life,and there are some adverse factors in the use of the green road.(2)the questionnaire analyzed the status quo of psychological expectation and satisfaction of these four aspects in order to sort out green landscape,safety,infrastructure and service facilities.(3)the reality of green road in safety and infrastructure construction is not very good with people's psychological expectation and preference,but the agreement of landscape construction and service quality is relatively high.(4)the evaluation system is fully feasible in the evaluation system of urban green space system and the rationality evaluation system of urban green space construction.It can effectively express the actual traffic accessibility level of the green road and the agreement between the expectations of people's psychological needs and the reality.
