Wireless Power Transfer technology can realize the wireless transmission of power energy,which has the advantages of safety and reliability,so it has attracted wide attention.However,because of the uncertainty of the receiver coil position,position misalignment problem will lead to reduce the coupling coefficient between the transmitter coil and receiver coil,which made the WPT system transmission efficiency and stability significantly reduced.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the transmission performance of WPT system to explore the coupling mechanism and efficiency optimization method between coils under position misalignment.In order to reduce the influence of coil misalignment,this paper proposes a multi-transmitting switching coupling mechanism based on the transmission mechanism,which the transmitter is consist of multi-hexagon and the receiver for circular coil to improve the coil misalignment transmission efficiency and the stability of the WPT systems.At the same time,in order to deeply analyze the working mechanism of the multi-transmitting switching coupling mechanism under the position misalignment,based on the electromagnetic theory,the mutual inductance model of coupling mechanism under axial symmetry and lateral deflection is established.It provides a simple and flexible mutual inductance calculation method for coupling mechanism,Maxwell Finite Element method was used to verify the method,and it is proved that the proposed method is correct.Secondly,by using finite element method,the evolution rule of the coupling coefficient of the multi-transmitting switching coupling mechanism with the horizontal deviation of the coil is analyzed quantitatively,By comparing and analyzing the difference of the coupling coefficient between the round and combined regular hexagon receiver coils before and after switching,the switching criterion of the multiple transmitting coils is obtained.Four kinds of magnetic core structures with different layouts were designed,and the core layout of the coupling mechanism was obtained by combining the cost benefit.In order to further optimize the transmission efficiency of the system,the matching conditions of optimal load of WPT system after coil switching are derived.Finally,the experimental platform is built to verify the theoretical and simulation results.The research results show that multiple launch switch type coupling mechanism can effectively solve the problem of offset by the coil in WPT systems,and can improve transmission efficiency and stability of the WPT systems,this paper constructed the mutual inductance calculation method of optimization of coil parameters laid a theoretical foundation for the future.
