This paper focuses on improving the vector control system of induction motor driven by matrix converter by using the beat current fuzzy control algorithm.The fuzzy speed control and current differential beat fuzzy control are used in the system instead of the traditional PI controller to make the motor have better reliability and controllability in the actual operation.Firstly,the topology structure of matrix converter and the direct space vector algorithm are analyzed,and the current space vector,the switch combination of the voltage space vector,the duty ratio,the physical model of the asynchronous motor,the mathematical model and the principle of the rotor magnetic field orientation are introduced,and the direct space vector control algorithm of the matrix converter is combined with the asynchronous motor.The corresponding simulation model is made by using MATLAB/Simulink.Secondly,fuzzy control principle,discretization method and simulation modeling,the design of speed fuzzy controller and beat fuzzy current controller are systematically analyzed.The two fuzzy controllers are applied to the rotor field oriented system of induction motor with matrix converter,and the feasibility of the relevant control strategy is verified by simulation.Finally,on the basis of learning matrix converter prototype system and its control software,the DSP control program of induction motor rotor field orientation vector control,fuzzy speed control and differential beat fuzzy current control is written,and the fuzzy speed control and beat fuzzy current control are applied to the matrix with the existing control software.The superiority of the rotor field oriented system of the induction motor improves the control performance of the system.
