Research On Cooperative Relationship Of Construction Project Chain Based On Partnering Model

With the globalization of the construction market,foreign construction enterprises have settled with the domestic construction enterprises continue to improve the science and technology,so that the traditional construction enterprise management has been unable to meet the changing needs of the market.At the same time,the increasing scale of the project and its increasingly complex degree,make the project participants for the pursuit of their own interests and opposing emotions,resulting in inefficient project management,so the introduction of advanced management methods are imminent.This thesis studied the relationship between supply chain partners and evaluated the relationship between supply chain partners,and hoped to promote multi-party cooperation to achieve "win-win" situation.First of all,through the study of China's construction project supply chain management status and the current situation of the construction industry,combined with the implementation of Partnering model based on the construction project supply chain management,and the establishment of Partnering model based construction project supply chain management Process,and then compared with the traditional construction project supply chain management analysis.Secondly,based on the "prisoner's dilemma",this thesis discussed the idea of infinite repetitive game in the supply chain partner game theory of construction project.Thirdly,we established the evaluation process of the implementation level of the supply chain partners,constructed the evaluation index system initially,and used the unstructured fuzzy decision-making method to calculate the cooperative implementation level of the supply chain partners,and provided the basis for the management of the next chapter partnership.The Fourth,combined with the evaluation results of the previous chapter,we can improve our partnership from information sharing,conflict resolution and motivation.The purpose of this thesis is to study the supply chain partnership of building projects based on Partnering model,which leads to the formation of "strong and strong" combination under the concept of "win-win" to create value-added,which is to improve the overall income of supply chain and Core competence has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
