| With the rapid development of the highway enterprise in our country,the demand of alkaline basalt or diabase gravels used in asphalt layer increases gradually.Therefore,in order to extend the scope of pavement aggregate,some areas do a study on granite stones.The main economy of the province of Hainan are composed of tourism,tropical crops.In order to guarantee the rapid development of highway enterprise,excessive mining and processing rocks may do more serious damage on the existing ecologica.At the same time,tourism and environment will be destroyed.As a result,there is a contradiction which is urgently needed to be solved,and this paper mainly does a study on the granite aggregate of hainan province to provide favorable method for the future construction.According to the investigation results of stone factories in hainan province,this paper will analyze physical properties and chemical compositions of the granite rocks.and make the Nanchen stone factory and Datian Fuye stone factory as the main research object.Aggregate adhesive is the primary factor,which has an impact on the mixture performance.this paper analyzes the differences between evaluation methods.At the same time in order to ensure the long-term stability of the adhesive,this article adopts the common test plan of the multiple sizes coarse aggregates of the stone fields and makes an evaluation every half an hour.Second,this theies makes the coarse aggregate of the Nanchen stone factory and Datian Fuye stone factory as the main research objects and does a study on the effect of the adhesive of aggregate,which is caused by 70#matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt adhesive.The test results can not meet the requirement of the surface layer.Third,in order to put forward the effective improvement scheme,this theise analyzes the effect of mineral powder,cement,hydrated lime,XT-2 liquid anti-stripping agent,PA-1 liquid anti-stripping agent and different combinations between each other.Finaly,this article evaluates the water stability of AC-13 asphalt mixture by the immersion marshal test and freeze-thaw splitting test and analyzes the high temperature stability by rutting test. |
