Research On Quality Management In Constructionphase Of Shenyang Tiandi Project

In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s economy,the development of the construction industry is also advancing by leaps and bounds.But at the same time,the management level of China’s construction industry is still in a relatively backward stage,resulting in some projects can not achieve the desired quality management objectives.In view of the above thinking,this paper combines the research experience of relevant scholars at home and abroad,combined with the concrete project example-Shenyang Tiandi project,systematically studies the quality management of the project construction process.First,according to the research situation at home and abroad,it is found that the research on the quality management of engineering projects is still backward in our country.Some scholars only put forward the corresponding research theory,and do not combine the specific research problems with the actual projects.The study on the construction stage is not detailed enough.For the research point of view,most scholars neglect the problem of the owner’s participation in the whole construction process.Few people study the project quality management from the perspective of the owner.Therefore,based on many research theories,this paper determines the research topic--Quality Management Research of Shenyang Tiandi project construction stage.Then,the article is divided into three parts for analysis.First,according to the research situation at home and abroad,it is found that the research on the quality management of engineering projects is still backward in our country.Some scholars only put forward the corresponding research theory,and do not combine the specific research problems with the actual projects.The study on the construction stage is not detailed enough.For the research point of view,most scholars neglect the problem of the owner’s participation in the whole construction process.Few people study the project quality management from the perspective of the owner.Therefore,based on many research theories,this paper determines the research topic--Quality Management Research of Shenyang Tiandi project construction stage.Then,the article is divided into three parts for analysis.In this paper,the quality management of construction process is studied with specific engineering examples,and the key points of management should be emphasized in the quality management of the construction process,as well as the role that the participants should play in the quality management.Through the analysis and research,it emphasizes the necessity of quality management,and has a certain reference value for the quality management of all the participants,and has a certain effect on improving the quality management level of the project construction projects in China.
