The research on special gases generating with dynamic confection on CNC is an important technology to evaluate,check and accept chemical-analysis equipment.In the evaluation process of special gas detection instruments,it requires that the special liquid reagent should be dispersed into carrier gas to form working gas.Then,the working gas is diluted into standard gas,through diluter testing,to be collected and evaluated by gas detector.Due to the reliability of gas detector is affected by the gas generation and gas flow,it is necessary to research the core technology,the special gas generation,and the control of gas flow and gas mixture,of the special gas dynamic distribution.The research on special gas dynamic distribution system of CNC is as followings: Firstly,it studied the method of distribution of special gas and proposed the hybrid method of mass flow ratio to carry out dynamic distribution.And a method of function module is presented to design the dynamic distribution system.Secondly,it built a mathematical model of gas-liquid two phase flow in the process of gas generation through numerical calculation method to research the main parameters of gas-liquid two phase flow and main flow pattern.Thirdly,it proposed to use the atomization to accelerate the gas generation in case the reagent is hard to volatilize.It is equipped an atomizing sprayer whose inner flow situation is analyzed through software Fluent.And then,it researched the relationship between atomization effects and the working gas flow through test method.Fourthly,because different reagents have different volatilities,the research designed the portable gas generator,atomization gas generator and evaporative gas generator.All gas generators have a temperature control system.Fifthly,it has a precise control on the working gas and the gas flow of dilution gas through the method single gas circuit of double mass flow control and double pneumatic double mass flow control.Sixthly,for the uneven mixture of dilution gas and working gas,it declared to have a new mixed flow apparatus in mixed gas pipeline to design a new mixer and to evaluate its effects as well.The research shows that both the simulation trial and experiment trial turn out that the inner flow field of the atomizing sprayer has no obvious holes,and fluctuating phenomenon and its atomization effects is even to some degree.It,using the DMMP as the reagent,tested the performances of generation,temperature control and flow control of the experimental prototype with the results that all the performances meet the expectations index.According to above-mentioned analysis,the special gas dynamic distribution on CNC can make the system work steadily and has high reliability.Therefore,the research on gas detection and on the evaluation of gas detection instrument has a great significance.
