With the continuous development of industry and urban construction in our country,the air pollution condition is getting more and more worse,and hazy weather always happened in a large number of domestic cities in the north,had a bad influence on the physical and mental health of the people,in order to eliminate the haze,the multifunctional dust suppression vehicle comes into being.However,the current research on the internal flow and aerodynamic noise of the jet fan for fog sprayer which is the core components of the multi-functional dust suppression vehicle is lacking,and its product development is still a direct transplant of common axial flow fan,to solve the problems existing in fog sprayer industry,jet fan for fog sprayer was studied in this paper,starting with the current jet fan for fog sprayer,a few aspects of the research were completed:1)In this paper the type and calculation method of the fan that is used in fog sprayer was confirmed,and its working principle was explored.2)The 3d model and internal flow field mesh model of the current jet fan for fog sprayer were established,boundary conditions and solver parameters were set up reasonably,the steady flow numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the fan was finished and the correctness of the simulation was verified.3)The characteristics of the flow field in the fan were analyzed,the influence of blade installation angle on fan performance was studied by using a large number of simulation tests,the results show that the performance curve of the fan in the fog sprayer is similar to that of the jet fan,while is different from that of common axial flow fan,and the performance of the fan is best when blade installation angle is between 35 ° ~ 40 °.4)Based on the results of steady flow numerical simulation,the unsteady flow numerical simulation of flow field in the fan was completed by introducing LES numerical simulation,the variation of flow field over time was investigated and the characteristics of pressure pulsation in dynamic-static interfere plane were obtained.5)The acoustic power distribution of the internal components of the fan was obtained by using the broadband noise model on the basis of steady flow numerical simulation,the aerodynamic noise of the fan was predicted by introducing FW-H aerodynamic noise prediction model on the basis of the unsteady numerical simulation.6)Based on the design parameters of the existing fog sprayer,the main design parameters of the optimized jet fan for fog sprayer were determined,then the main structural parameters of the fan were obtained by aerodynamic design of the fan.
