The condenser is one of the important auxiliary equipment in heat power plant and nuclear power plant.With the development of technology and power plant capacity,the requirement of auxiliary equipment is increasing.Tube sheet is one of the important parts in condenser,the stiffness and strength of tube sheet are directly related to condenser and even the whole power plant operation.The shape,opening and contacts of tube sheet are diverse,there are thousands of tubes connected with tube sheet,this factor leads to the complex force.Traditional experience is difficult to ensure that the parameters of tube sheet could meet the high level.Therefore,it's important for tube sheet design and condenser operation to search a calculation method and develop specialized calculation software.This thesis combines with the project of "Research on the calculation method of stiffness and strength of condenser tube sheet" which commissioned by DONGFANG TURBINE CO.,LTD.The specific works and conclusions are as follows.1)Mechanical model has been established,this model has been improved based on the structural of condenser and beam-strip method in HEI standard,and the improved model became more practical.2)Formulas of the equivalent elastic constants and critical load have been derived,and then matrix displacement method has been selected to solve the beam-strip model.3)Specialized calculation software has been designed in VS2010 and calculation method has been programed at the use of vb.net.This method has been verified by numerical example in HEI standard and calculation in ANSYS-APDL.4)The stiffness and strength of two representative tube sheet have been calculated at the use of the specialized calculation software,and then calculation results have been contrasted with the result that provided by DONGFANG TURBINE CO.,LTD,it shows that the specialized calculation software is effective and convenient.The research of the stiffness and strength calculation in this paper could provide a theoretical basis for tube sheet design and production.The calculation software has the characteristics of convenient,flexible,and the post processing is extensive.The application of the software is practical,it's able to provide an efficient approach for the tube sheet design.
