With the continuous increase of the mileage of cement concrete pavement in China,the early construction of the highway gradually into the large and middle maintenance stage,the maintenance of cement concrete,especially the maintenance task of the crack becomes more and more arduous.However,currently,the main solutions for cracks are passive repair methods such as surface repair method and concrete replacement method.most of them are treated after cracks occur in concrete,and the results are not significant after treatment.If the modern bionics technology is applied to the repair of road damage,once the cement concrete pavement cracks,the concrete will be the same as the life of the body as timely as to retrieve the body damage and repair it,thus to prolong the service life of the road and Reduce maintenance cost.Therefore,it is of great significance to apply modern bionics technology to road damage repair for experimental research.Through the adhesive strength and fluidity test of the adhesive,suitable adhesives were selected as repair materials;Based on the cooperative working mechanism of hollow fiber and concrete,a micro balance equation is established,the critical distance between the critical length of the hollow fiber and the adjacent crack of the concrete is the critical condition,and the optimal geometric parameters of the glass fiber are optimized;The flexural strength test of specimens with different volume content and different placement of glass fiber tubes,using the reduction rate of the matrix’s flexural strength as an evaluation index,the best volumetric volume was selected;Self-repair test of specimens at different levels of factors,the recovery rate of flexural strength and repair rate are the evaluation indicators of repair effect,analyze the effect of initial crack width,placement method and temperature on the repair effect,and propose the corresponding factor level when the repair effect is best.Research indicates:the effect of temperature on the recovery rate of flexural strength is the greatest,following is the initial crack width and the way the fiberglass tube is placed;The initial crack size has the greatest influence on the repair rate,followed by the temperature and the placement of the glass fiber tube.The temperature and the initial crack width play a major role in the repair effect.The placement of glass fiber tubes plays a minor role in the repair effect.The initial crack width is 0.6mm,the repair temperature is 30℃ and the glass fiber tube has the best repair effect when inverted trapezoidal.
