| The depletion of traditional energy sources and the increase of environmental pollution make people actively seek to establish a new energy system and develop non-polluting renewable energy.As a kind of clean and renewable energy,solar energy has aroused extensive attention of all countries in the world and further research by various research institutes.As a carrier for the development and utilization of solar energy,the production scale of solar cell chips is also gradually expanding with the rapid development of solar energy.In the solar cell chip automated production process,to ensure the quality of its production,including a number of links,of which the electrical properties of the battery test is a key element.In the electrical performance testing before the need to determine the location of the battery,if the placement of deviation,then its position control,so as to ensure that the detection probe and the battery accurate contact.In this paper,the solar battery wafer position detection and control system related technology research to achieve the solar battery chip position automatic detection and position control system design,follow-up battery chip electrical performance testing laid a good foundation.This article mainly studies the following aspects:(1)In order to realize the position detection and position control of the solar cell,a visual inspection system of the solar cell was designed.According to the problem of camera attitude error,based on the analysis of the relationship between the camera coordinate system and the world coordinate system,Visual inspection system was calibrated.(2)In the process of battery cell position detection,a method of position coordinate conversion is proposed for the conversion of image pixels and absolute position;that is,the reference coordinate system is designed by using the tray which carries the cell,and then the planar grid is used to detect the vision system Of object surface resolution,to achieve the image coordinate system pixel coordinates to the pallet coordinate system absolute position of the conversion.(3)Aiming at the problem of too large data volume and complicated processing in the camera,this paper presents an image processing method based on contour extraction and mathematical morphology.Contour extraction is used to remove irrelevant information such as image background.Morphology is used to filter out the interference of fine grid lines to reduce the amount of image data and extract the edge characteristics of the cell effectively.(4)Aiming at the lack of accuracy and speed when the traditional position detection algorithm is used to detect the cell position,this paper presents a position detection method based on classification and sub-pixel.Select the feature line by classification,and then sub-pixel subdivision to complete the battery position detection.Experiments show that the proposed algorithm can improve the detection accuracy while ensuring the detection speed.(5)According to the technical requirements of the battery position control system,the program of the position control system of the motion platform and the position control system of the manipulator are Proposed.The performance and characteristics of the two systems are analyzed,which provides a reference for the finalization of the system scheme. |
