With human society productivity of sustainable development and the continuous improvement of science and technology level,high-rise buildings and even the super high-rise building to modern city development has injected new vitality.However,new higher requirement for the design and construction of high-rise buildings in underground engineering should be put forward.In order to solve these super ultra deep underground excavation engineering,Diaphragm Wall structure arises at the historic moment.The construction of Diaphragm Wall mainly divided into:guide wall construction,steel reinforcement cage manufacture,mud production,into tank construction,in process of hoisting the steel reinforcement cages,pouring concrete,etc.In these construction process,the assembly hoist of the steel reinforcement cages is a very important link.In consideration of the Diaphragm Wall steel reinforcement cage width and height is bigger,the city construction of limited space,the domestic each worksite construction environment is different,hoisting method is also different,if the hoisting equipment selection is not reasonable,or the lifting point position calculation inaccurate done,it may cause the steel reinforcement cage make generate large flexural deformation,weld cracking,the overall structure fall apart,can’t lifting,or even cause an engineering accident.In the past,hoisting scheme of the domestic only simple considered the hanging point layout and equipment selection,at the same time,in the process of implementing also exist some defects;Therefore,how to better solve the Diaphragm Wall of large steel reinforcement cage hoisting in the premise of ensuring safety and quality became urgent need to address the problem.Therefore,this article has done a lot of analysis research which based on the Wuhan Greenland center project for the main tower part of the underground engineering as the background.In order to solve these technology problem which is to control slender steel reinforcement cage lifting deformation and ensure the steel reinforcement cage can smooth hoisting in right position.The paper put forwards several construction design which should be paid attention to and the specific measures,which based on the extensive access to relevant information on account of the theoretical analysis and calculation,structure test,field measurement and finite element software simulation analysis with the method of each other,in construction design aspects of the large steel reinforcement cage hoisting force analysis research.In this paper,the steel reinforcement cage of longitudinal and transverse web frame the mechanical properties were tested and analyzed respectively for the steel reinforcement cage structure mechanical behavior.In this paper,some certain reference value for the future construction parameters has been puts forward,at the same time,this kind of structure of the accurate calculation and qualitative analysis for the theoretical basis has been provided.
