| Train Communication Network (TCN), which is a core component of the high-speed train, is developing rapidly in recent years. The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) proposed the protocol of IEC61375-1as international standard of TCN in1999. And in2007. another protocol, IEC61375-2. specified for TCN conformance testing, was proposed. In the light of security and stability in train operation, all the devices from different manufacturers or different countries must take conformance testing before deployed. Because there are some drawbacks such as high cost, poor compatibility and long development cycle in foreign conformance testing system, a self-developed testing system on high-speed train is very important.Based on the application status and development trend of train communication network in our country, firstly, the paper introduces the background and meaning of designing a conformance testing system for high speed train. The concepts of TCN mechanism and conformance testing are also presented. And then, the paper proposes a design scheme for TCN conformance testing system, which is to realize the conformance testing for MVB, WTB and RTP. The system consists of three components:data acquisition module, control and testing module, test management interface. A new set optimization model is presented to reduce the redundancy of test set in control and test module, and a highly efficient commercial solution named CPLEX is applied to solve the problem. Through standard test stepsã€user-friendly test interface and automatic test steps, the test system, which achieves high-coverage, greatly improves the availability of the system.Finally, the system has been applied in laboratory to test the TCN Semi-Substantial Simulation Platform developed by Institute of Software Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the result shows that the system is feasible, reliable and efficient, which plays an important role in promoting the development of domestic TCN testing system. |
