| At present,the three pieces bogie is the main type of railway freight transportation in our country.The structure is composed of two independent side frames and a bolster.It has the characteristics of simple and reasonable,safe and reliable operation,good operating performance,low manufacture cost and convenient maintenance and repair.It can meet the requirements of railway freight car bogie.Although the three piece bogie structure is very simple,but it involves a very complex nonlinear problem,the establishment of the dynamic model and the dynamic performance of the analysis caused great difficulties.There is a gap and frictional contact between the side frame and the load-bearing saddle,this relationship exists in longitudinal and transverse.Friction contact relationship exists between the friction surface of the wedge block and the wear plate of the side post,and it also exists between the bolster splayed surface forming with lateral stop etc.The processing of these links can correctly reflect the dynamic performance of the whole bogie.In the three piece bogie dynamics model,the dynamic performance analysis of domestic and foreign counterparts in this area has also been a lot of research,and has achieved considerable results.In this paper,it uses SIMPACK dynamic software,through different modeling methods,analysis of the impact of vehicle dynamics,so as to select a reasonable equivalent model.Especially for complex nonlinear problems,it analysis the influence of vehicle dynamics,through different modeling methods.,it set up based on equivalent,which can approximate the real model.But also it conducive to the numerical calculation,and it is conducive to improve the vehicle dynamics simulation software performance,reliable simulation results are obtained,which is valuable for engineering application.At the same time,the dynamic modeling of the three piece bogie is made,analysis the model of equivalent treatment... |
