On the basis of the bidding documents of Dalian Metro,and according to the line condition of Dalian,Dalian metro line No.1&2 vehicle has been researched and designed as a B-type stainless vehicle.The vehicle is B2-type,and the carbody is lightweight welded monocoque structure with stainless steel.The train has the function with automatic operation,modular designed.Vehicles use the VVVF inverter controlled AC asynchronous motor traction drive system.The paper mainly discussed the carbody structure design of Dalian metro line 1&2 vehicle and how to satisfy the needs of vehicle operating from the material selection,welding technology,structural connection and strength calculation etc.This kind of vehicle has been designed by the advanced technology learned from home and abroad,manufactured by mature and reliable,economical and applicable parts,with strong operational reliability.The design of vehicle adhered“standardization,modularization,simplification”.Its desigh,calculation and type test make a good assurance of successful development and trial-manufacture of the vehicle.According to the design requirements of Dalian Metro Line 1&2,vehicle body steel structure design were analyzed,the paper also introduced the characteristics of large parts of the body structure.In order to ensure its reliability and shorten design cycle,at first Dalian metro linel&2 vehicle is adopted 3D design and undertakes static strength calculation of car body steel structure,product structure is optimized and technical requirement is met through calculation,and at last static strength test is undertaken to the trial-product and confirm the results of 3D analysis.
