| Recently,China railway’s construction has been advancing with the rapid economic development.With a number of high-speed rail line opening,the efficiency of rail transport has been improved greatly,and the requirement on the railway signal equipment has been much higher.The level of equipment maintenance depends on the technical capacity of maintenance personnel,and the key to improve the level of equipment maintenance is railway signal professionals’ effective train.Now,railway vocational schools are still staying at the traditional teaching methods such as book reading,blackboard writing and PPT.Most experiments take place in the laboratory or training venues,but not in work site.Because of the special environment,which leads to a lot of limitations on the professional teaching,it is urgent to improve the traditional teaching model.A new virtual training system for interval signal is designed and implemented based on Unity3D in this thesis.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are introduced,the development at home and abroad is studied.According to the investigation,the outline needs of the virtual training system are analyzed and the function modules are divided.Secondly,after collecting the equipment information about ZPW2000-A automatic block system,the indoor and outdoor device models and work scene of interval signal are established by 3ds Max and Unity3D.Then,according to the theory of ZPW2000-A automatic block system and relying on the development capabilitiy of Unity3D platform,the electrical characteristics of signal equipment has been implemented by scripting the controlling language,various functions of virtual training system have been also designed and implemented such as first person roaming,equipment cognitiving,equipment dismantling and installing,track circuit characteristics testing,and malfunction inspecting and repairing.Finaly,the interactive features has been realized by the design and implementation of the UI interaction interface,which means the whole system has been developed.The virtual training system not only improved the environment of experiments and the quality of teaching,but also avoided the security problems exist in the process of field experimental operation.In short,the virtual training system for interval signal has important practical application values,and provides a new way for teaching and training,which is efficient,easy,economical and safe. |
