Tapered roller bearing is a kind of rolling bearing,it has the advantages of good rigidity,large bearing capacity,high speed operation,and can bear multi-directional load.It is widely used in heavy equipment,railway transportation,aviation and other fields,and its performance is directly affected.Mechanical system performance and work efficiency.In the actual work process,the bearing is a component that is prone to fatigue failure.If a failure occurs,the entire mechanical system will fail,causing serious losses.Therefore,it is very important to simulate the dynamic characteristics and fatigue life of tapered roller bearings.This paper takes tapered roller bearing 30207 as the research object,and analyzes its structural form and related mechanical properties.The relationship between the roller outer race contact load,the inner raceway contact load and the large rib contact load was obtained,and the more accurate outer raceway contact stiffness coefficient formula was obtained;for three different cases of different clearances The contact load distribution of the outer race is analyzed and calculated,and the relationship between the axial clearance and bearing load distribution is obtained.Using the theoretical calculation method combining Hertz contact theory with finite length elastomer contact,the contact stress distribution between the roller and the inner and outer raceways was obtained.The static analysis of the bearing model wap performed using ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to obtain the tapered roller.The contact stress cloud diagram of each element inside the bearing;at the same time,the finite element analysis results are compared with the Hertz theoretical calculation results and the effectiveness is verified.According to the static analysis results of the tapered roller bearing,the fatigue life theory and the SN curve of the GCrl5 material,the bearing fatigue life simulation analysis was carried out.The bearing life cloud diagram and the safety factor cloud diagram were obtained,and the location of bearing fatigue damage was determined.The value of fatigue life was studied.The influence of axial clearance and radial load on bearing fatigue life was studied.The dynamic characteristics of the tapered roller bearing were analyzed using the ANSYS Workbench transient analysis module.The velocity and stress cloud diagrams of the components inside the bearing,as well as the displacement,velocity,and stress-time history curves of the key nodes were obtained.At the same time,three operating conditions were analyzed.The contact stress of the internal components of the tapered roller bearing under the condition of normal and fault conditions obtained the time history curve of the stress and acceleration of the key nodes of the bearing.
