With the development of UHV transmission technology,the working environment of high end electromagnetic equipment is becoming worse and worse.Thanks of the complex electromagnetic properties,vibration and noise gradually become one of the main factors restricting the development of UHV power transformers and shunt reactors.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the development of UHV transmission technology for studying the vibration and noise of transformer and reactor.Because the magnetostriction and the Maxwell force of the core are one of the two major factors that lead to the vibration of the core of the transformer and reactor,it is indispensible for accurate analysis and calculation of iron core vibration to accurately measurement the material characteristics of core silicon steel sheets.Based on the laser magnetostrictive characteristic measurement equipment of MST500,the effect of various excitation conditions on the rolling direction(TD direction)magnetostrictive characteristics of B30P105 type silicon steel sheet is studied in detail in the second chapter,from two aspects including amplitude characteristics and harmonic characteristics,which provides the support of material properties for the theoretical analysis of iron core vibration.At the same time,based on two model transformer and reactor of the laboratory in transmission and Transformation Technology Research Institute of the group of BAO-BIAN,the numerical simulation model is built on the COMSOL finite element simulation platform.After substitution the measurement data of magnetization and magnetostrictive properties of the core,we calculate the vibration of model transformer and reactor core under different working conditions,and the simulation results are analyzed and discussed.Based on the principle of contrast the simulation and experiment,the vibration experiments of model transformers and reactor were carried out under various kinds of excitation at the end of this paper,by measure the flux density with magnetic coil and the vibration characteristics with the acceleration sensor.After which,we compared the simulation results and the experimental results,vertifing the correctness of the simulation results.The modeling method for analyzing the core vibration of power transformer and shunt reactor in this paper has certain reference significance for the design and operation analysis of this kind of equipment.
