| With the development of society and economy, electricity consumption is growing. With the construction of UHV power grid, the voltage level and the capacity of the power transformers continue to increase. The problems about vibration and noise of the transformers become more serious. Power transformers are also widely installed in the residential areas, whose noise can cause serious environmental problems.In the paper, the theoretical analysis and experimental study on the vibration and noise of the power transformer caused by the electromagnetic force and magnetostriction are carried out. The main work of this paper is as follows:In view of the main noise source of power transformer, the mechanism of the electromagnetic force, the magnetic force of the core and the electromagnetic force of the coils are analyzed. The vibration displacement acceleration caused by magnetostrictive force are studied.The finite element software ANSYS is used to calculate the natural frequency of transformer core and windings. The multi-physics coupling software COMSOL is used to calculate the magnetic field distribution, vibration, displacement and the noise caused by the electromagnetic force and magnetostrictive force.The magnetic field, vibration, sound field of a 110kV transformer are measured and used to verify the simulation results. |
