With the fast development of social economy structure from rough model to exquisite and sustainable model,the solar power and wind power generation have been out of the low productivity development model.And large-scale generation system including wind power,solar power and energy storage has developed.In this context,we need to establish a more comprehensive energy storage model to lay a foundation for the operation and benefit research of the system.Based on combing the research status and a variety of modeling and analysis methods of the joint generation system,the optimal dispatch of the system was firstly proposed as the aim.Meanwhile,considering the randomness of wind speed and light intensity,the uncertainties of wind power and solar power were discussed.By comparing the different methods to solving uncertainty problems,conditional risk method was determined to analyze the cost of system.Furthermore,based on the objective function of minimal system cost,the penalty cost of system operation caused by over or under estimated project output was studied.And by discussing the system's various output constraints,an economic dispatch model was established taking conditional risk value of penalty costs into account.By example calculation,the minimal system cost and corresponding dispatch plan was studied when system load and confidence levels changed.Moreover,using actual daily load data,the daily optimal dispatch schedule of wind farms,solar fields and storage systems was proposed.In order to fully evaluate the core benefits of the joint system,the perspective of comprehensive benefit evaluation standard system was determined based on the analysis of system operating costs.By analyzing the formation methods of index system and combing with integrated weighting model and ideal matter element extension model,the technical benefits,social benefits,economic benefits and safety distribution of the system ware discussed using an example.And it was concluded that the optimal weight meets the expected standard,which provides the theoretical support for the operation and design optimization of large-scale joint system.
