The selection of rock excavation methods directly affects the safety,quality,progress and efficiency of water conservancy projects.Improper selection of excavation method or unreasonable determination of blasting parameters will result in waste of investment,affect engineering safety,and even cause serious engineering accidents.This paper takes the stone excavation project of Henan Qian Ping reservoir as the research object.Based on the design results of the Qian Ping reservoir,through the analysis of the geological conditions of the project,the excavation blasting test of the stone square in Hongdong and spillway engineering is studied,and the corresponding blasting methods and blasting parameters are determined,which provide support for the engineering application.The main work carried out is as follows:(1)Through the method of engineering analogy and field test,the methods such as compound wedge cutting and peripheral smooth blasting on the upper section of Hongdong are determined,and the structure of pore network,blasting parameters and blasting methods are given,and the network diagram of detonation is drawn.(2)Through the comparison and analysis of multiple schemes,the excavation method of the excavation of the lower section of Hongdong with full section unprotected extrusion blasting is determined.Through the field test and analysis,the pore network structure,blasting parameters and blasting methods of the blasting scheme are given,and the network diagram of the blasting is drawn.(3)Through the field test and blasting effect analysis with different hole distances,the proper hole spacing and charge structure of the spillway side wall pre splitting blasting are studied.(4)Through the analysis of engineering geology and rock characteristics,combined with field test and blasting slag screening,the layout parameters of the pore network and the single consumption of the explosive in the main burst area of the spillway are determined.(5)In the aspect of excavation of protective layer for spillway,the bottom cumulative charge ring pre splitting blasting test was carried out.However,according to the blasting effect,the spillway is not suitable for the bottom circumferential pre splitting blasting.
