Research On Optimization Of Operator Training System In An Assembly Plant

This thesis researched a general assembly plant,and investigates the status of the training system of the operator using questionnaire survey,finds out some problems in the training system,and analyzes the reasons for this problems.Finally,it found out the countermeasures to optimize the existing training system and implements it from the system.The training process of operator has been improved,and the efficiency of human resources has been improved,and the core competitiveness of enterprises has been improved.In the thesis,using both the practice and human resources theories,Designs a series of questionnaires on the specific situation of the training system of operator in the automobile assembly line of Dongfeng general assembly plant.It sends out 173 questionnaires and reclaims 173 questionnaires,We find the main problem is that the staff are not satisfied with the training effect,the employees are not understand the needs of the training,and the employees' initiative is not enough.The reasons for these problems are mainly due to the lack of attention,the training needs,the results have not been tracked and the system is not perfect,and the countermeasures are implemented one by one for these reasons.Such as: reconstructing the training system,optimizing the training process,perfecting the salary system and improving the tracking system and so on,The finally,the training system of the operator in assembly plant was optimized and the comprehensive benefit of the factory was improved.Through the optimization of the training system for operator,It also has found a way to solve for similar training system in similar company.
