Along with the gradual acceleration of railway transportation speed,the influence of railway track irregularities on the operation of rail vehicles has gradually increased.Track irregularities are important factors affecting the vertical vibration of rail vehicle body.The track irregularity spectrum reconstruction technology can simulate the environment of rail vehicle operation,and provide support for the dynamics of rail vehicles and parts tests.Therefore,the study of track irregularity and road spectrum reconstruction are helpful to the maintenance and management of railway and the running state of rail vehicles.On the basis of absorbing and summarizing the achievements of predecessors,this paper studies and analyzes the classification and causes of track irregularities,and summarizes the track spectrum.In this study,the displacement spectrum generated by the acceleration trapezoid integral is used as the drive spectrum of the road spectrum of the bogie parameter tester.At the same time,spectral estimation is used to estimate the displacement spectrum generated by the measured acceleration trapezoid integral.Finally,the road spectrum reiteration test is carried out on the bogie parameter tester,and the test and analysis are carried out.The following research work is carried out in this paper.1.In this paper,the factors of track irregularity are introduced.At the same time,the track spectrum at home and abroad is summarized,and the power spectral density image of track spectrum is drawn.2.Data processing for the acceleration of the acquisition.The acceleration is processed by eliminating polynomial trend,smoothing and filtering.Then,the trapezoidal integral method is used to generate displacement spectrum,so as to further study the reconstruction of bogie parameter tester.3.Different spectral estimation methods are used to estimate the spectrum of the above displacement spectrum,and the curves under different spectral estimation methods are drawn,and the advantages and disadvantages of different spectral estimation methods are compared and analyzed.4.The road spectrum reappearance test was carried out by using bogie parameter tester.By analyzing the spectrum of Wu Guang spectrum,US five line spectrum and the displacement spectrum generated by the trapezoid integral of acceleration spectrum,the error analysis shows that the road spectrum of the bogie can be reproduced accurately.
