| During the construction of a civil engineering project,the bearing capacity and safety performance of steel pipe support have been the focus of attention.The cross plate type steel pipe support is very different from the traditional fastener type and the bowl buckle steel pipe support in the connection node and the inclined bracing,it’s vertical link plate is in a cross shape,the vertical rod is connected to the end of the horizontal bar through a wedge pin.Abolish traditional bridging form,the inclined bracing is set up inside each unit,form a "truss type" structure.At present,the research on the stability bearing capacity of the cross plate steel pipe support is not sufficient,the lack of systematic understanding of the effects of various parameters on the stability of steel tube supports.In this paper,through the static loading test of a total of 4 groups of 3×3×2 cross plate steel pipe support with 60 and 48 types of full inclined bracing and none inclined bracing are carried out,acquire the stability bearing capacity,the instability form,the stress and deformation development law of the steel pipe support in the loading process.Finite element numerical analysis of 60 type test components by finite element analysis software ANSYS,the stability bearing capacity,the instability form,the strain load curve and the displacement load curve of the 60 type test components obtained by the test and the finite element analysis are compared,prove the feasibility of modeling method of finite element numerical model.The stability parameters of the factors affecting the bearing capacity of the steel pipe support are analyzed by the finite element method,obtain the influence of vertical rod wall thickness,the top cantilever length of full or none inclined bracing support,inclined bracing form on the stability bearing capacity of the steel pipe support,give some opinions on the design of the cross plate steel pipe support in the actual project.Test of stable bearing capacity of the basic force unit of full inclined bracing cross plate steel pipe support based on different setting parameters,simplifying the basic force unit into a hanging compression bar,do some theoretical analysis on it,the calculation formula of the stability bearing capacity of steel pipe support based on the stability of the single vertical rod is obtained and its correction is made,the theoretical result of the stability bearing capacity of the cross plate steel pipe support based on the final calculation formula is compared with the test result and the finite element analysis result,verifying the accuracy of the calculation formula.Depend on Huaian city Beijing-Hangzhou canal Huaihai Road bridge project,the method of field measurement and finite element analysis is used to analyze the force performance of the cross plate steel pipe support under different construction steps of the cast-in-place box girder,research in the actual construction process,obtain the development law of the internal stress of each type rod of the cross plate type steel pipe support.The results are compared with the finite element analysis results,further prove the feasibility of the finite element numerical model in this paper. |
