The X wind electric field belongs to China guodian group,with a total installed capacity of 49.5MW.It has installed 33 joint power up82-1500 units,and has established a pilot demonstration project of the national "863" vanadium liquid energy storage system.While generating hours is 2300 hours,2016 in liaoning province with the capacity of wind electric fields is the first,the current X wind electric fields have relatively perfect site management system,the site management system also learned some large domestic wind power enterprise site management experience.However,in the X wind electric field,the failure rate of wind power plant is rising,the cost of spare parts is high,the labor intensity is enhanced,and the standardization of safety production is not in place.Compared with the imported unit enterprise,X wind electric field equipment to a much higher failure rate,produced by the direct impact is to reduce equipment capacity,spare parts usage increase,increase staff labor intensity,with the competitiveness of national excellent wind electric fields with no advantage.Therefore,how to introduce advanced management methods,how to ensure the sustainable development of wind electric fields,how to minimize the cost of wind electric fields.How to improve the production efficiency of wind electric field is an important issue for managers.In this paper,an example of "X wind electric field" is put forward,which can improve the current situation of X wind electric field.The thinking of this topic for a trouble-free standardized management,continuous improvement,and the scene management method to guide the daily management and maintenance work of X wind electric field,which can maximum limit to reduce production cost and improve production efficiency,to achieve equipment available hours to ascend,implementation to trouble-free production standardization management as the core concept.Trouble-free standard according to the above ideas first wind electric field in the study of management research background,significance,research status at home and abroad and the arrangement of the structure were analyzed,and the wind electric field X trouble-free standardization management scheme is mainly based on the wind electric field site management methods,improve method of X wind electric field as well as put forward by the improved method based on the theory of the IE.Then the scene of the X wind profile management,such as staffing situation,status quo and the equipment on-site process description,this paper discusses the advance trouble-free standardized management and continuous improvement management advantage,after X wind electric field production management related management method is proposed,such as the basis of continuous improvement work,eliminate waste in production,power quality management scheme,wind power technology.Finally,through the implementation of trouble-free compared with before the implementation of standardized management plan and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme that trouble-free standardization management,and from the perspective of cost analysis for management of X wind reasonable improvement scheme was proposed.By improving the effect that the trouble-free standardization management scheme reduces the X wind turbines of wind electric field equipment failure rate,can greatly increase the productivity of the X wind electric fields,improve the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.This paper presents a new method for the field management of the industry.
