Ultrasonic motor is a new type direct-drive micro-motor which has a broad application prospects.It implements the conversion from electrical energy to mechanical energy by using the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic,and has many advantages that traditional motor does not possess.In this paper,a driving control system of two-phase traveling wave ultrasonic motor based on dsPIC MCU is designed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the characteristics and classification methods of ultrasonic motor,and summarizes the development history,current research situation and application of ultrasonic motor.Also introducing the driving and control technology characteristics of ultrasonic motor and the research status,The purpose and content of this paper are clarified.Secondly,the structure and operating mechanism of traveling wave ultrasonic motor are analyzed in detail.the equivalent circuit model of TRUM60 ultrasonic motor is established,and the model parameters are identified,then the identification results are compared with the experimental results.the driving control circuit of ultrasonic motor is designed by using the dsPIC30f3010 MCU as the controller,and the controller periphery Circuit,frequency division phase circuit and photoelectric isolating circuit are introduced.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the common inverter drive circuit of ultrasonic motor,a kind of transformer-free Half-bridge inverter driving circuit and the matching high-voltage DC power supply are designed.an LCC-type ultrasonic motor matching circuit is designed bases on the analysis of the matching methods of different types of ultrasonic motors.The simulation of the matching effect of different LCC circuit parameters is carried out by MATLAB.This paper introduces the common speed control method and closed loop control strategy of ultrasonic motor,and designs a speed control system of ultrasonic motor based on fuzzy PID controller.Finally,the software design flow of the driving control circuit is introduced,and the experimental circuit of is built.The practicability of the driving control circuit and the effectiveness of the speed control strategy are validated by the experimental study.
