| The Electromechanical Brake Booster meets the development needs of automobile electrification and intellectualization.It works without vacuum source so it evades the issue of vacuum resource acquisition in the EV(Electric Vehicle).Owe to the ability that it can control the motor current to change the supporting force,so it can adjust the supporting force in the mode of regenerative braking recovery.In this way can it keep the pedal feel when the car brakes normally.In spite of that,its working way that using the motor to help brake decides that it has the ability of active brake.When it cooperates with the ESP,it helps to build the pressure of braking system.That meets the requirement that automobile intellectualization especially ACC and AEB exerts to the braking system.Relying on the enterprise project ‘‘Production and Research of Electronic Hydraulic Braking System ’’,this paper analyzes the structure and working principle of an electromechanical brake booster.Based on the analysis,it carries out the following research:(1)Compare the vacuum booster and the electromechanical brake booster in the structure and working principle.Analyze the assist characteristic of vacuum booster qualitatively in order to initially form the framework of control algorithm.(2)The reaction disk couples input force and the supporting force to exert them on the rod of master cylinder.It is the key to affect the relationship of input force and output force.In order to acquire the similar assist characteristic,it is necessary to quantitatively explain the assist characteristic so as to help calibrate the key parameter-Delta S.(3)Research on the control algorithm of PMSM including SVPWM algorithm,MTPA algorithm and field-weakening algorithm to make the actual torque follow the torque target.(4)Develop the control algorithm of the electromechanical brake booster based on RCP to test the validity of control algorithm. |
