With the progress of science and technology,the automobile has been updated,and its performance has been improved constantly.China has become the first automobile production and marketing country now.But with the increase of auto ownership,the casualties and property losses caused by traffic accidents are also increasing year by year.In addition,with the continuous development of vehicle electrification,driverless technology is becoming more and more mature.Auto braking technology is indispensable in driverless,and its performance requirements are very high.The brake by wire system not only satisfy the requirements of traditional braking,but also integrates a variety of active safety systems to meet the performance requirements of driverless active braking for electric automobile.This paper focuses on the subject of” Research on the Following Characteristic of Brake By Wire for Electric Automobile Based on e-Booster”,the main research contents are as follows:(1).The scheme and working principle of Brake By Wire system based on e-Booster are introduced,its controller framework and key circuit modules are described as well.According to the brake laws and regulations at home and abroad,the performance evaluation indexes of brake system of automobile are summarized,and the performance requirements Brake By Wire based on e-Booster are put forward.(2).According to Brake By Wire system based on e-Booster,the corresponding mathematical models of the key structures are established,including the mathematical models of BLDCM,deceleration transmission mechanism,brake master cylinder,brake pedal,brake pipeline and brake wheel cylinder,etc.(3).The hydraulic pressure control strategy of the brake master cylinder of Brake By Wire system based on e-Booster is researched.Compared the single loop control with the double loop control and the three loop control,the reasonable controller of the BLDCM is designed.The corresponding hydraulic pressure control strategy of the brake master cylinder is designed.and the simulation analysis of the control strategy is carried out to ensure that the actual master cylinder hydraulic pressure can quickly and stably follow the target master cylinder hydraulic pressure.Tthe simulation model of Brake By Wire system based on e-Booster is built by using Matlab/Simulink.(4).The test frame of Brake By Wire system based on e-Booster is built,and its parameters and performance degradation strategy be analyzed.Bench test is carried out within constrained conditions of Brake By Wire system.According to the normal brake mode,the automatic brake,the failure brake mode and the step increasing and reducing pressure mode,the following response characteristics of the hydraulic pressure of the brake master cylinder of Brake By Wire system based on e-Booster are tested on the bench under the constraint conditions,and the test results are sorted out.the following characteristics of the hydraulic pressure of the brake system are analyzed,including response characteristics of the hydraulic pressure and its robustness.At the same time,the feasibility of the hydraulic pressure control strategy of the brake master cylinder is verified.
